LED light therapy works by delivering specific wavelengths of light directly into the skin, triggering natural cellular processes that repair, renew and balance. Different wavelengths reach different depths — red light stimulates collagen production deep in the dermis, blue light targets bacteria on the surface, yellow light works on pigmentation and lymphatic drainage. Red Light · 630nm: Penetration depth: dermis

Blue Light · 470nm: Penetration depth: surface
